Roman Reigns is officially back in the spotlight.
WWE dropped its new Crown Jewel 2025 poster featuring several top stars — Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, John Cena, Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, and more — but standing taller than all of them is Reigns, the “Tribal Chief,” prominently displayed at the top center.
What Does This Mean for Reigns’ Return?
Reigns hasn’t been seen on WWE television since the aftermath of Clash in Paris (August 31), where he was badly beaten by Bron Breakker and Reed. He’s been written off temporarily via injury in the storyline, while also fulfilling movie obligations filming Street Fighter.
What We Expect at Crown Jewel (Oct 11, Perth)
-
A big return from Reigns, likely vs the Vision (Breakker & Reed).
-
A continuation of the storyline started in Paris where Reigns was attacked. Fans expect some kind of payback.
-
Increased promotional push around Reigns’ comeback — WWE is clearly positioning him as a major part of Crown Jewel’s main storyline.
Why His Poster Position Matters
Putting Reigns front & center does more than tease his return. It signals WWE’s confidence that Reigns remains a major draw. After WrestlePalooza’s mixed feedback, his return could help boost interest and viewership.
